Momotaro (
The Momotaro are engaged in an ongoing conflict with the Oni, who they consider to be a physical threat to both Momotaro and humans. The Momotaro Corporation is an organization which exists to respond to this threat by tracking and killing Oni.
Origin[]
The Momotaros are said descendant from the Momotarō from folklore.
They have been battling the Oni for many years with their goal is the complete eradication of Oni.
Biology[]
Momotaros appear similar to humans.
Abilities[]
Black Bacteria Manipulation: Like the Oni with their blood, Momotaro have their unique power, black bacteria, A unique, biological material inherent to Momotarou race that once released from their bodies can manifest in to various constructs with certain abilities or used to manipulate the elements, the environment, or biology. Unlike Oni, their abilities are not based on experiences, interests and personal trauma.
Abilities:
- Samidare Momoya: forms various constructs such as a lasso, a pair of machete, and a spiderweb meant to restrain his enemies.
- Hayate Momoido: forms a super-sharp black katana for high-speed slashes.
- Manaka Momobe: Gravity manipulation.
- Tsubakiri Momomiya: manipulate his bacteria to control dead bodies
- Yomogi Momokusa: creates black rectangular prisons at will called Black Boxes
- Shinya Momoiwa: Forcing others to see through their eyes or seeing through others provided they have taken in his bacteria into their bodies.
- Mikado Momodera: Manifests multiple guns for ranged attacks.
- Tsukuyomi Momoka: use his bacteria to manifest certain abilities based upon which tarot card he draws.
- Osuke Momokado: copy his opponents abilities.
- Kusabi Momoura: can turn anyone's organs into visceral dolls as long as they inhale his bacteria.
- Shingi Momobayashi: Fires light bullets or creates vehicles from mental constructs.
- Kumo Momota: manipulate the smoke produced by his cigarettes by infusing his black spores.
- Hizumi Momotsugi: uses his bacteria to "distort" anything it makes contact with.
- Katakura Momogakuin: manipulate his tears he shoots, small act like bullets, large act like flood.
- Teru Momosumi: gold manipulation
- Yuri Momowaki: bow and arrow creation
- Senritsu Momoo: sound manipulation
- Gin Momokane: Forms complex scrap metal constructs like golems and dragons.
- Kokuryo Momosaka: external blood manipulation
Lifestyle[]
Most of the Momotaros are part of the Momotaro Corporation. As such they mostly live in cities and their branch bases. Although, their presence in not known to the public society as the Grand Emperor believes it will cause fear and mayhem in society.
All Momotaros have 'Momo' in their family names.
